Mid-Level Program Analyst (Secret Clearance)

V2X is seeking a Mid-Level Program Analyst to support the company's contract with the U.S. Army's Global Cyber Center (GCC). The Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the Program Manager, providing coordination between personnel and government support functions such as reporting, training, and accounts management. Serves as a staff member within the Program Management Office (PMO), interfacing with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Managers, United States government officials, and the customer as necessary. Coordinates support for operational personnel and assists the government staff with required reports and coordination. Candidates for this role must have an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X. #clearance Responsibilities Major Job Activities: Serves as a liaison between the Program Management Office and customer. Works with PMO staff and COR to ensure government requirements are met in a timely manner. Attends Management meetings as required to provide support in areas of training, operational reporting, and database management. Assists the Program Manager and staff, providing support in developing reports and presentations. Assists the staff and Program Manager with the program database used for reporting to the government. Produces necessary queries and report, assists in normalizing data, ensures data integrity. Assists the staff and Leads with maintenance of reports and documents stored on a government SharePoint site. Assists with maintenance of required accounts. Assists customer with other support functions as requested, such as NMCI account creation and maintenance. Formulates operating processes and procedures. Fosters and maintains good working relations with the customer. Presents oral and written reports (including Power Point presentations), develop charts to track operations, and make recommendations to Management and the customer as needed. Material & Equipment Directly Used: Computers, corporate applications, and Microsoft Office products. Working Environment: Standard office environment. Physical Activities: Typical office environment activities. May exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Qualifications Education / Certifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems, Business, or related field is highly desired. Experience / Skills: 2+ years experience of office administration and/or database development / documentation. 2+ years work on a DoD contract or in support of a federal contract highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint highly desired. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to produce documentation is required. Clearance Requirement: Candidates for this role must have an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance.
