Summary

Hybrid work model - in office 3 days/week.

Qualifications:

3-7 years in project management.Scrum Master experience with multiple teams.Proficient in Jira for project tracking.Familiar with 2-week sprint cycles.

Responsibilities:

Scrum Master for 2-3 agile teams.Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).Facilitate scaled agile planning and represent the team in broader sessions.Experiment with various approaches to improve quality and practices.Collaborate with Product Owners for healthy backlogs.Coach the team on showcasing and celebrating achievements.Manage improvements and remove team impediments.Work with Product Owners for roadmap and delivery guidance.Use lean-agile metrics for team maturity assessments.Support team with agile tools like Jira and DevOps practices.Promote agile standards and best practices for collaboration.
