Candidate is accountable for the Administration, Support, Development, Customization and Integration of the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite v7.6 with specific focus on ITSM and associated modules. Directly responsible for Customer Requirement Analysis, maintaining satisfaction, and managing the implementation of additional functionality in support of Remedy ITSM.
Essential Functions:
· Experience in Interacting with Client and Co-coordinating work within and with other teams.
· In-depth experience on the Remedy AR System Application and ITSM suite – Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Knowledge Management, SRM, SLM and CMDB.
· Experience in Integrating Remedy with tools through API's, Web Services etc.
· Experience in Remedy Development and Customization of OOB Workflow.
· Experience in Remedy Administration and Configuration, Server Group, FTS etc.
· Experience in BMC Analytics Configuration and Administration, Exposure to Reporting, Creating and Modification of Reporting Objects.
