Job Description:

Software Development: 

Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom software solutions, primarily on the Salesforce platformBuild and maintain our custom application, Pulse, that enhances Salesforce functionalities

Client Collaboration: 

Work closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDevelop wireframes and prototypes to visualize solutions before development

Robotic Process Automation (RPA): 

Assist in implementing RPA solutions using tools like Action and Microsoft Power AutomateContribute to streamlining business processes through automation

Integrations and Data Management: 

Support integrations between Salesforce, Workday, our data warehouse, and external client data feedsEnsure accurate and efficient data flow across systems

AI Projects: 

Collaborate on AI initiatives, integrating AI technologies into our software solutionsWork with AI specialists to develop intelligent features and functionalities

Team Collaboration: 

Work within a team of developers, participating in code reviews and sharing knowledgeFollow best practices and coding standards to maintain code quality

Continuous Learning: 

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trendsSeek opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to innovation within the team

Requirements: 

Experience: 

3-5 years of software development experienceHands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components

Technical Skills: 

Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Action or Microsoft Power AutomateUnderstanding of integrations, APIs, and data synchronization between systemsBasic knowledge of AI concepts and interest in AI-driven solutions

Education: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Additional Qualifications: 

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScriptExperience with data management and SQLStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentPreferred experience working in a remote or virtual team setting
