Job Description:

Application Development 

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software solutions that address client and business needs 

Contribute to the architecture and maintenance of our main corporate application, Pulse, which extends Salesforce functionalities 

Participate in the complete software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to production deployment 

Integrations & Data Management 

Implement and support integrations between various systems—including Salesforce, Workday, data warehouses, and external client data feeds 

Ensure efficient data flow and synchronization across multiple platforms 

Collaborate on solutions that bridge legacy systems with new platforms and technologies 

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) 

Design and implement RPA solutions to streamline business operations using tools like Actian and Microsoft Power Automate 

Identify and analyze repetitive processes, proposing automation strategies to enhance efficiency 

AI Initiatives 

Work with AI specialists to integrate intelligent features into our applications 

Explore and implement emerging AI technologies to solve complex business challenges and innovate new offerings 

Collaboration & Client Engagement 

Work closely with project managers and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications 

Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize solutions before development 

Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the development team 

Continuous Learning 

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices 

Seek opportunities to expand skill sets and support ongoing innovation within the team 

Qualifications: 

Experience: 3–5 years in software development 

Application & Salesforce Development: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript) and hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) 

Integrations & APIs: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, data synchronization, and integration best practices 

RPA Tools: Working knowledge of Actian, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar platforms 

AI Concepts: Basic understanding of AI or machine learning principles; keen interest in AI-driven solutions 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 

Additional Qualifications: 

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

Experience with SQL or other database technologies 

Excellent communication skills and experience in team-based development 

Comfort working in remote or virtual team settings
