Mid Level Software Engineer
Position: Mid Level Software Engineer Location: Redstone Arsenal Huntsville, AL Position Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: + Design, develop, test, and manage application development projects supporting IT infrastructure. + Integrate third-party components programmatically, introduce new custom capabilities, modify existing code, recommend process improvements, and automate operations and maintenance tasks. + Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications as directed by lead architects, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics. + Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for all solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance. + Conduct technical project milestone reviews, code architecture sessions, resource estimation, and development best practices knowledge transfer. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a related field. + Minimum of 6 years of experience in application development and IT infrastructure projects. + Top Secret security clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) eligibility. Skills & Competencies: + Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies. + Proficiency in integrating third-party components and developing custom software solutions. + Experience in large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics. + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. + Strong organizational and project management skills.
