Mid-Level Software Engineer- Digital Transformation
**Description** The **Software Engineer** will bring hands-on experience with applications design and development, and software frameworks for Digital Transformation efforts across our federal clients. You will work with digital leaders, solutions architects and engineers to build secure and scalable mission critical systems and solutions for systems modernization and cloud adoption initiatives across our client portfolios and projects. **Responsibilities** · Perform requirements analysis, application design, development, deployment and testing · Support product backlog grooming, product road mapping, sprint planning and release planning efforts in an Agile SDLC environment · Perform full stack applications development and DevOps Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) for software delivery and deployment · Collaborate with Solution Architects on systems architecture and build prototypes and production class systems using modern day architecture, variety of programming languages, cloud platforms and software technologies · Build prototypes and solutions that evolve into reusable technical solutions for world class enterprise systems. · Decompose monolithic applications, develop cloud native and containerized microservices using API-First Design and REST based integration patterns · Build data analytics solutions using cloud-based data and analytics services. **Qualifications** **Qualifications & Experience** · Bachelor's degree with 1-5 years of applications development experience using object-oriented design, programming languages and software frameworks · Experience in analyzing functional requirements, systems requirements and performing systems design and development in an Agile SDLC environment · Experience working with one of the cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP (preferred) · Experience with one or more databases and software tools/frameworks such as JavaScript frameworks, Docker, AWS, Azure, Jenkins CI/CD, APIs, and automation testing tools is preferred but not mandatory · Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies for problem solving and think out of the box · Communicate effectively regarding solutions and be a self-starter and possess strong sense of self-motivation · US CITIZEN (must have the ability to successful pass a Federal Government Background Investigation) Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
