Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Base Management Specialist to interact and manage key supplier relationships on our E7 Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) Supplier Performance Team in Oklahoma City, OK or Tukwila, WA. You will have the opportunity to interact with program stakeholders and supplier leadership alike in this influential position within our program supply chain.
Position Responsibilities:
Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectationsDevelops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategiesAnalyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunitiesDevelops mitigation plansIdentifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activitiesProvides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategiesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services3+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher3+ years of experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning)Experience working in operations and/or materials management3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferredDrug Free Workplace:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $82,450 - $116,550
