Belay Technologies is seeking a ​​Mid-level System/Network Administrator (SNA) to join our intel team. SNA provides support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. This role will focus on support our Remedy containerized environment and our logistics application infrastructure. The candidate should be familiar with containerization.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:  

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraphQualifications: Ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Candidates are required to have the following skills:

Required capabilities:Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systemsManage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systemsProvide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systemsProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planningProvide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systemsConfigure and manage Linux, UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, et al.Build, configure, monitor and maintain virtual environmentsProvide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets
