Mid-Level Systems Analyst (Waterfront Detachment Lead) - Position Description

We have immediate hire openings for Mid-Level Systems Analyst (Waterfront Detachment Lead) to support the Surface Maintenance and Engineering Planning Program (SURFMEPP) who wants to grow with the Company in San Diego, CA.  ICI Services is a 100% Employee-Owned small business celebrating our 25th year delivering superior products and responsive services aligned to customers’ needs. Security Clearance:

Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance

Responsibilities:

Responsible as Waterfront Detachment Lead, to include: Leading, directing, and coordinating the work of the SURFMEPP Waterfront Detachment personnel (government or contractor), providing the single point of contact service to all external commands in the port Directing detachment personnel in the oversight in the oversight and tracking of all Baseline Availability Work Packages (BAWP) Directing detachment personnel in the identification of issues and concerns with MTR screening, brokering, and execution Directing detachment personnel in the identification of errors or gaps in the maintenance requirements which may impact ship material condition and the ability to achieve expected service life Scheduling, coordinating, and executing various milestone meetings with Type Commander representatives while developing and executing the Baseline Availability Work Package Provide training, administration, and oversight for all SURFMEPP personnel in the waterfront detachment

Experience Requirements:

Requires a minimum of 6-8 total years of related professional experience in US Navy shipboard maintenance Solid oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate at all levels from ship's force sailors to ship C.O., Port Engineer, Project Manager, TYCOM Staff Must be capable of conducting regular visits to ships in port Requires familiarity with Navy 3M/PMS system maintenance and administration. Demonstrated ability to work within a team is required Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
