We are seeking a Mid-Level Water/Wastewater Engineer to add to our team in Denver. Responsibilities Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.Devises new approaches to problems encountered.Report writingPreparation of plans, specifications, reports for water/wastewater treatment and pumping facilities, wastewater collection systems, water transmission/distribution projects, and water/wastewater master plans/studies.Coordinates detailed phases of the engineering work for a project of moderate scope or as part of a major project.Function as project manager on smaller projects.Supervises, coordinates, and reviews the work of a small staff of engineers and technicians.Estimates project resource needs, schedules and assigns work to meet completion date.Ability to travel when requested. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering6 to 12 years industry experienceRegistration as a Professional EngineerAbility to communicate effectively with clients and project team.Deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints.Work requires a broad knowledge of precedents in civil and environmental engineering and a good knowledge of related specialties.Proficient in MS Word and Excel Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental EngineeringDesign and construction phase experienceExperience with MicroStation or AutoCAD. Pay Range

$94,000 to $154,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
