What the day will look like Management of the Health Solutions relationship with Aon. Management and expansion of overall client relationship Growth of the Aon/existing and new client relationship. Development of scope of services and ensure client team is aware of the level of support provided to the client. Bring innovative ideas and recommend strategic direction for client’s programs, partnering with aligned vendors and internal resources. Proactively vet potential solutions for clients given their strategic priorities. Including understanding new local innovative solutions with traction in the marketplace. Include and partner with the financial lead on the Analytics & Actuarial team to develop strategies for the client. Stay educated on all local, regional, and national healthcare market trends for discussion with clients. Works with Team Consultants who lead day-to-day vendor management, as needed. Overall accountability for execution of all deliverables, leveraging the client delivery team. Maintain direct line of communication with senior decision maker at client’s organization to address any service issues and communicate potential delays in deliverables. Present innovative solutions and services developed by Aon to clients as they are rolled out. Ability to work independently and multi-task. Strong negotiation and communication skills Strong compliance knowledge. Ability to develop and maintain carrier/vendor relationships. Knowledge of market trends. Ability to articulate recommendations to clients, and work with them in a consultative manner. Resolves client issues at appropriate levels and leverage other team members when needed. Acts with professionalism and integrity. Ability to act as a mentor to other peers. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. How this opportunity is different We are looking for a leader who is responsible for the day-to-day, account management of Aon’s relationships with assigned clients as their primary role. You will also be responsible for growing the existing portfolio, together with our Health Solutions Sales Team. You will work with Senior Account Executives and/or Enterprise Client Leaders and lead client service teams to identify and meet client needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business. Through service, pricing, consultation, and reporting, you will promote the value Aon delivers to clients. Skills and experience that will lead to success 10-15 years of experience in the group health and benefits industry Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to handle multiple projects at one time Strong analytical capability Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong working knowledge of benefits and services offered, and the value they bring to clients Financial acumen Strong presentation skills- Comfortable presenting to client Sr Leadership Healthcare background, ideally with consulting firm, but also consider carrier, vendor, or other relevant healthcare partner Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience. Pay Transparacy: The salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus and production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus and production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
