Mid-Market Brazil Sales Manager - Activate Commerce
**Summary:** The Mid-Market Brazil Sales team manages advertisers across different industries in helping them leverage our products and solutions across the Family of Apps - Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger – to achieve their business goals. The Mid-Market Sales Manager- Activate Commerce will lead the team who manage high growth advertisers in Ecommerce, Retail, Professional Services, Energy & Utilities and Travel. As a Mid-Market Brazil Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team of highly talented account managers, in developing and executing strategies to achieve our sales and product goals, in forming internal and external partnerships to drive the business, and in executing against our regional and global priorities. **Required Skills:** Mid-Market Brazil Sales Manager - Activate Commerce Responsibilities: 1. Build, lead and develop a high-performing team of sales executives 2. Develop and implement plans and strategies to deliver against revenue and product goals, guarantee rigorous and productive rhythm of business. 3. Deliver against our regional and global priorities for Brazil 4. Lead at least one of the global priorities for Mid-Market Latin America 5. Provide always-on client insights and market trends, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and for productivity improvements. 6. Develop meaningful relationships with our top client’s executive decision makers 7. Work with our cross functional teams to optimize our strategy planning and operations **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field. 9. 8+ years of working experience in tech, operations, consulting or sales 10. Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams 11. Experience developing and implementing strategies to drive business results 12. Proven experience strategically creating frameworks with complex information and shifting industry & company dynamics 13. Communication and presentation skills 14. Proven experience to influence stakeholders and outcomes through ambiguous and complex situations 15. Track record of driving projects from ideation to completion with minimal guidance 16.
