As we scale, we're looking for a Mid-Market Business Development Executive to drive pipeline growth and create qualified opportunities within our Mid-Market segment (contract values ranging from $38,500 to $1M ARR). This is a growing line of business for us, and we need someone who thrives in building and refining a business development process. This role focuses on proactively sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects to fuel the sales team's success. This is an in-office role at Property Meld HQ in Rapid City, South Dakota. What You'll Own & Influence Drive Mid-Market Lead Generation & Build the Playbook ✔ Generate High-Quality Mid-Market Leads – Source, qualify, and engage property management companies with contract values ranging from $38,500 to $1M ARR. ✔ Develop Multi-Channel Prospecting Strategies – Use outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and networking to drive pipeline growth. ✔ Engage & Influence Decision-Makers – Identify and connect with Brokers, Owners, C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors to generate interest in Property Meld's solutions. ✔ Refine the Business Development Process – Help optimize outreach strategies, messaging, and qualification criteria to improve pipeline conversion rates. ✔ Use Data to Drive Outreach Efforts – Leverage CRM insights, industry trends, and prospecting analytics to improve targeting and engagement. ✔ Partner with Sales to Ensure Seamless Handoffs – Work closely with Account Executives to transition highly qualified leads into active sales opportunities. ✔ Meet & Exceed Monthly & Quarterly Lead Goals – Consistently generate a strong pipeline that supports revenue growth. Tech-Savvy & Metrics-Driven + Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), prospecting tools, and data analytics to improve outreach effectiveness. + You measure success through conversion rates, engagement metrics, and pipeline health.
