Mid-Market Customer Growth Executive

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain client relationships: Regular meetings, sharing strategy, and positioning against competitors.

Serve as a focal point for clients: Address business and technical expectations, coordinate teams, and communicate feedback to Product teams.

Meet and exceed KPIs: Focus on gross profit, margin%, cross-sells, NRR, and transitions from Tier 2 to Tier 1.

Collaborate with Customer Success: Ensure alignment for existing and future SaaS business.

Ensure proper account setup: Work with CPaaS Registrations and Platform Operations for account creation, route management, and content filtration.

Monitor and minimize health risks: Collaborate with Revenue Assurance for financial collections and netting.

Analyze and forecast traffic: Take actions to ensure business growth, minimize losses, and maximize revenue.

Utilize internal tools: Setup accounts, monitor, and troubleshoot client traffic using tools like Qlik and SU.

Coordinate internal teams: Fulfill client requirements by working with various teams (Customer Success, Sales Engineers, etc.).

Promote continuous development: Mentor newcomers, participate in education sessions, and stay updated on products, platform, and client business.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in B2B mid-market/SME account management, customer success, client relations, professional services, consultancy, or business development.

Experience in the SaaS industry is advantageous.

Outstanding professional English communication skills are essential.

Applicants must possess robust administrative, analytical, and organizational skills, and approach problems systematically.
