What you'll bring + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience + Experience in fintech: selling to medium sized SMB, account management, or in a B2B environment, OR marketing, financial services, or business development experience + Experience in SaaS lending to SMBs + Proven ability to build relationships over the phone and exceed sales goals + Competitive nature, collaborative work style, and excellent communication skills + Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment + 2+ years of successful track record in outbound calling, leading demos and pipeline management in SaaS/Fintech + Strong business acumen and marketing knowledge How you will lead + Engage with and build strong relationships with business owners seeking funding + Meet and exceed sales goals, listen attentively to customer needs and overcome objections + Prospect for leads and conduct live product demos tailored to the prospect’s specific needs + Utilize CRM tools and create and follow a consistent pipeline strategy to convert prospects to buyers + Develop expert level knowledge of the industry and competition in lending, merchant services and bill pay EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
