What the day will look like Provides expertise in servicing mid-market complexity accounts (determined by volume/size of accounts and/or nature of business) Identifies client needs and develops custom solutions Client-facing with a track record of working effectively with decision-makers within clients. Establishes and develops emerging relationships with economic buyers for mid-market complexity accounts. Proven technical competency demonstrating capabilities to create innovative solutions. Establishes credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internally. Possesses senior executive client communication and negotiation skills (oral and written) Effectively communicates market/industry perspectives and applications to specific client situations. Communicates and captures the value that Aon brings to client. Demonstrates new business production abilities as well as a seasoned new business production history preferably in the Health & Benefits insurance field. Our Health Solutions practice is founded on the opportunity of our colleagues, where solutions and strategies are made collaboratively in a team environment. Skills and experience that will lead to success 5 to 10 years of experience in managing client relationships and/or selling Risk Management Solutions OR Benefits insurance products or related products. Extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the insurance industry and our products and services. Experience within in the insurance industry preferred. Demonstrated capability to adhere to and champion the sales process. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of proven experience. Active Life and Health and/or P&C license preferred. Compensation: The sky’s the limit with our base salary and uncapped commission plan. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
