The company is experiencing explosive growth and looking for an experienced individual to join our Sales team. This role will work directly with customers on offers and sales of FreedomPay solutions, services, and products. They will present to customers on the benefits and ROI of all aspects of the value of FreedomPay to acquire new business, as this is a HUNTER role. Desired competencies include organization, attention to detail, analytical/strategic thinking, process orientation, initiative, and an inclination to understand the technical aspects of the company. The ideal individual should be a self-starter who can work under minimal supervisionResponsibilitiesIdentify new opportunities (self-sourced) within FreedomPay’s core verticalsPresent the benefits of FreedomPay solutions, services, and productsNegotiate and close deals with Midmarket and SMB merchantsExecute on sales meetingsEstablish relationships with ISV’s, ISO’s, and PSP’s that have reach into the Midmarket and SMB segmentsAnalyze and report on local market activities, industry developments (technical, legal, etc.) whilst also providing competitor insight to ensure our products are fit for purpose within the marketLearn the details of the platform and services we provide, both technically (how they work) and from clients’ perspective (how they are used)Ability to demonstrate the ROI of FreedomPay solutions, services, and productsCreate and maintain relationships with potential clientsOther tasks as assignedRequirements3-5 years of experience in software sales, specifically in a Hunter role within the payments and FinTech worldExcellent verbal and written communications – English is essential, whilst other language skills are helpfulStrong Networking and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter, quick learner, high energyCapable of understanding client requests and key discussion topics, then translating them into an appropriate deliverableStrong time management and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of E-Commerce and Digital Payment Platforms preferredAbility to take direction and work independentlyAbility to travel as needed
