What you'll be doing

\n

As a Mid-Market Sales Associate, you’ll be generating your own leads, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and closing deals within your assigned vertical. Your role will involve proactive outreach, building relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets to drive revenue to position Teletrac Navman as the preferred platform.  

\n

This position offers the ability to work remotely within England and Wales.

\n

Responsibilities and Duties 

\n\nLead Identification: You will identify potential leads by following up on targeted marketing efforts and conducting proactive outbound calls within your assigned vertical.\nNeeds Assessment: You will engage with target leads in conversations to understand their needs and assess their qualification as potential customers.\nCustomized Sales Strategy Development: You will develop customized sales strategies for accounts using account-based marketing techniques to enhance engagement and conversion.\nSales Planning and Execution: You will define and execute comprehensive sales plans aimed at meeting and exceeding quotas through effective prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.\nSales Pipeline Management: You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, assessing and overseeing sales transactions throughout the process.\nRecord Keeping: You will keep accurate and current records in SalesForce.com to ensure precise tracking of sales activities and customer interactions.\nRevenue Achievement: You will achieve monthly and annual revenue quotas through the implementation of effective sales strategies and execution.\nBusiness Opportunity Development: You will find, develop, and close business opportunities in your assigned vertical by identifying and prioritizing new prospects through analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.\nCollaboration with Internal Teams: You will collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.\n

What you'll need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

\n\nB2B SaaS New Business Sales success.\nA self-motivated and results-focused attitude.\nStrong skills in building long-term collaborative partnerships, internal and external.\nExcellent communication abilities.\nWoking knowledge of SalesForce.com and SalesLoft.\nStrong presentation skills and a willingness to learn.\nFull UK Driving license and the ability to travel 20% to UK customers\n\n
