About Us:
At Five9, we are at the forefront of delivering transformative solutions to the Contact Centre industry. We’re seeking a driven Mid-Market Sales Director to join our dynamic team. In this individual contributor role, you’ll play a crucial part in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth across the region.

Location: Eastern Canada (Quebec and Eastern Canada)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Contact Centre market. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients and expanding our market share. Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our solutions can address their challenges. Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals. Leverage market insights to identify key prospects and opportunities. Present Solutions Effectively: Articulate the value of our Contact Centre solutions through compelling presentations and proposals, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands and exceed client expectations. Maintain a Proven Track Record: Showcase your successful history in selling Contact Centre solutions with measurable results that demonstrate your ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

Experience in Sales: Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within the Contact Centre or related technology sectors. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets, with tangible examples of past performance. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to capture new business opportunities. Self-motivated: Driven and proactive, passionate about sales and a strong desire to succeed. Language: Fluent in both French and English preferred
