We are looking for a dedicated and mission-oriented Mid QA Engineer on our Product Development team who will work closely with product management and technical architects to understand requirements and determine the appropriate test strategies for every part of the solution Most importantly, you must exhibit our core values: integrity, excellence, accountability and grace. Responsibilities Define, manage and maintain functional and manual tests Design and develop automated tests in a web based environment using automation tools and scripting tools with excellent coding standards (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, etc.) Define reusable test components and leverage frameworks that allow QA function to scale Work with the rest of the QA, engineering and IT teams to implement tests at each stage of the SDLC process Mentor QA engineers and ensure rapid onboarding of new team members Exhibit our core values: curiosity, candor, accountability, integrity, ambition and mindfulness. Qualifications Must haves: Javascript experience 2years+ automation experience 3+ years as a QA engineer with both manual and automated testing experience Experience working as a QA engineer with US based product companies (which should cover the strong English skills as well which should be 9+) Experience with maintaining test scenarios/cases and results at scale, especially using Jira plugins as Zephyr or Xray. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, etc. Experience with load testing tools like JMeter, Locust, etc. Nice to have: CI/CD experience with tools like Jenkins, Gitlab AWS experience QA experience with data pipelines, transformations and processes (either SQL or script based)
