LRS Retirement Solutions develops and implements PensionGold, a pension administration software for defined benefits retirement systems. Within the implementations team, Business Analyst’s will understand customer business processes to configure and customize PensionGold, acting as a key resource and subject matter expert on multiple platforms. Requirements: + Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or business analyst role performing analysis and design for application development projects or software implementation, specifically: + 3 or more years of experience as an analyst in a software implementation environment. + Experience with creating SQL for data analysis and reporting. You must be able to write database queries and have a solid understanding of database structures. + 3 or more years of experience in software development, ability to read code in C# will make you a stronger candidate for the Senior Role. + To be considered for a Senior level role, you will need to also have professional experience working directly with pension/retirement software systems and have strong leadership skills. + Ability to interact effectively with business owners, customers, and team members is essential to success in the position. Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make sound business decisions. + High attention to detail, multi-tasking, prioritization and organizational skills + Experience using diagramming as well as familiarity with implementing a COTS solution to meet specific customer requirements could make you a stronger candidate. + You must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer. Visa sponsorships are not available. Responsibilities and Performance Objectives: + Develop a thorough understanding of PensionGold software, including its functionality and pension administration processes. + Demonstrate a creative, logical, and analytical approach to problem-solving while building good relationships with internal and external customers. + Identify and convert customer requirements into detailed design documents, understanding their defined benefit plan rules and legacy applications. + Engage in discussions with customers and team members, explaining complex concepts clearly. + Develop, modify, and test business processes, create and document test plans, execute scenarios, and perform debugging and unit testing. Organization Structure and Interfaces: The LRS Retirement Solutions group is one of several groups within LRS. The Vice President manages it. Managers over Implementations, Product Development, Product Support, and Sales report directly to the Vice President. You will be a member of the Implementations team and will report to a manager. You will interact with members of your team, other employees, and customers. A typical implementation project team consists of 5-6 key resources supplemented by other resources to meet the project's needs. Location and Travel Requirements: This position is primarily based at our corporate headquarters in Springfield, Illinois. Hybrid and remote may be available. There is minimal required travel for this position, typically during implementation of projects. Salary range:$80,000 - $100,000 (mid-level) and $100,000 -$115,000 (Senior level). This salary range represents the low and high end for this position. The salary will vary depending on factors including experience, region, skills. The range listed is just one component of LRS’ total employee compensation package as we have a generous benefits package.
