**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate excavators to load raw materials into portable crushing equipment
+ Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation
+ Assist with plant setup, relocation, and breakdown as needed
+ Communicate with team members to maintain efficient material flow
+ Follow all safety and environmental procedures on site; Mid Shift Hours: 11am - 9pm
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Skilled in operating excavators and other heavy equipment in a production setting
+ Strong commitment to safety and situational awareness
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mobile plant environment
+ Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
+ Flexibility to work mid-shift hours and adapt to changing work locations
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
**Physical Demands of the Job**
+ Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment
+ Frequent walking, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
+ Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate controls and inspect equipment
+ Tolerance for working in dusty, noisy, and physically demanding environments
+ Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots

+ Starting Pay $26.00 per hour DOE
