MID – SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Location: Panama City Beach, FL Overview ISPA Technology is seeking a highly qualified Senior Systems Engineer with a proven track record in the DoD sector to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee complex systems engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of system design, integration, and verification, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team. ***US CITIZENSHIP AND DoD SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE*** Responsibilities Lead and manage complex systems engineering projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain system requirements, specifications, and design documentation. Conduct system analysis, modeling, and simulation to assess system performance and identify potential issues. Oversee system integration and testing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members. Ensure compliance with DoD standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes. Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the DoD sector. At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer on a DoD project. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools. Experience with configuration management systems (PDM or CMPro). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SolidWorks or finite element analysis software. Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE).
