Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid Systems Engineer to join our intel team. The Contractor shall provide "hands-on" technical and program management support for the design, integration, documentation, training, sustainment, and deployments for mission customer to be performed in compliance with program architecture.

Candidates should have the following qualifications: TS/SCI Clearance with polygraphTechnical bachelor's degree + fourteen (14) years of experienceFive (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degreeCandidates are desired to have the following skills:Analyzing user requirements, concept of operations documents, and system architectures to develop system requirements specification and ultimately lead design and development activitiesGuiding users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studiesIncorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operationsDeveloping technical documentationDeveloping System Architecture and system designPreparing system engineering management plans and system integration and test plansComfortable interacting with customer regarding system engineering technical considerations
