Mid Systems Engineering and Cyber Support SME

Summary: We are looking for a Mid Systems Engineering and Cyber Support SME. This role will support for systems engineering, systems administration, and cybersecurity for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Utility Monitoring and Control Systems (UMCS), and the customer is the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC), Mission Engineering Directorate (MED) at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Must have knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) and cybersecurity support for Operational Technology (OT) systems. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Support UMCS Baseline Development Provide UMCS Maintenance and Sustainment Participate in UMCS CONUS / OCONUS Site Survey’s Develop UMCS Site Required Documentation Support CONUS / OCONUS UMCS Install Develop NET Course /teach at CONUS / OCONUS sites Conduct thorough reviews of systems engineering products and provide feedback in a timely manner Develop and update requirements and enterprise architecture to accurately reflect enterprise capabilities and programs. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work independently and as part of a group Demonstrated understanding of systems engineering Excellent analytical and synthetical problem-solving skills Proficient written and oral communicator with proven ability to influence key outcomes Knowledgeable in development and acquisition processes (Automotive, Defense or other) Exceptional computer skills and experience with modeling languages Strong customer service skills and be able to articulate the regional problems and resolution to management Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of engineering and technical leadership Experience managing and mitigating system security risks Able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance Ability to travel 50% Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another STEM discipline Related certifications The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
