Middle East and Africa Field Area Manager

Within the Global Business Unit Aftermarket (MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA REGION) and reporting to the After Market Area Manager, he/she will ensure the management of the local markets under his supervision, managing customers and defining market plans, in agreement with his/her supervisor, in order to ensure the achievement of the assigned business targets.

Activities
-              Visit branches, depos, stores and repair shops with customers, presenting the product range, evaluating the purchasing of competitors stock and promoting orders;
-              Participate into events organized by customers;
-              Organize events to promote the product range;
-              Promote the brand on the field, delivering marketing initiatives and distributing merchandising and tools in stores and repair shops;
-              Ensure technical training to direct and indirect customers;
-              Provide technical support and liaison between customers and internal departments, in particular for technical queries or issues;


Main Requirements
-              University Degree;
-              Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in Sales;
-              Fluent in English and French;
-              Self-driven and Target-oriented person able to work under pressure;
-              Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; 
-              Availability to travel abroad (50% of the time);
-              Analytical skills and expertise in using computer tools such as Powerpoint and Excel
