The Role                                                                                                                                            

We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our Middle East team and play a crucial role in delivering a seamless HR experience for our colleagues in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with HR Generalists to support our growing workforce, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

You will take ownership of essential HR administrative functions, including but not limited to:

Benefits Administration: Managing medical, life insurance, and employee benefits for UAE and KSA offices. Leave Management: Overseeing paid time off (PTO), tracking overtime, and ensuring accurate leave balances Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Reviewing offer letters, employment contracts, and conducting HR inductions for new hires. HR Systems & Data Management: Administering HR platforms (HR Cloud, ServiceCentral), maintaining accurate employee data, and generating reports Payroll Coordination: Liaising with Payroll to ensure accurate data and timely updates for Middle East colleagues. HR Process Design & Documentation: Supporting HR process improvement in alignment with global standards. HR Communication: Tailoring HR messages for local teams, ensuring cultural relevance. Learning & Development Support: Deliver internal workshops and provide training to colleagues around HR processes and HR systems. Employee Support: Addressing HR queries, assisting managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

The Requirements                                                                                                                                            

Essential

Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken)3-5 years of HR administration experienceA professional with a basic understanding of UAE and KSA’s labor laws, ensuring compliance and smooth HR operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.Experience working in a multinational company, understanding diverse workplace cultures.
