Job Description:
Verify the micro-architecture of complex IPs using industry standard Formal Verification tools and technologies based on latest model checking and equivalence checking algorithms
Define the Formal Verification scope
Deploy the right strategy to prove the correctness while deploying advanced formal techniques, and create abstraction models for convergence on the design
Carve out the right boundaries for the design, create comprehensive Formal Verification test plans, track and verify them
Analyze new methodologies evaluates new tools and corroborate results
Job requirements:
You should be motivated to learn and expand your technical knowledge in chip development. You are expected to work well in a team environment and have positive interactions with fellow engineers across the globe. Based on your studies thus far, you are expected to have developed basic skills in programming and be ready to learn and implement code in industry-standard tools and languages
You will study the definition and functional requirements of hardware components and RTL designs,by reading specifications and reviewing with architects, designers, and verification teams.You will define and develop Formal Verification environments, and run the proofs until fully verified.
During the development of the proof you will identify design bugs and help to clean them out from the design.
The candidate must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
+3 years of experience in formal verification
Nice to have:Experience with Jasper, SVA, Jasper Apps (connectivity, coverage)
Experience with Perl/Python
