The development team is located in Warsaw and Paris. The product is stable, has
well-defined processes and challenging tasks. The product has a clear development
path and is managed by a competent product team.
The team is focused on delivering valuable solutions to clients and continuous
improvements. We are focused on evolution, not revolution supporting a culture of open
feedback.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Discuss the requirements with Product Owners to design the most effective

solution

Perform requirements analysis

Designing components in collaboration with other team members

Develop new business modules/functions

Refactor and improve existing code

Author and code review integration and communication services

Applying all quality requirements to make code production-ready

Active in a continuous improvement of the process, methodologies, technologies

and practices

Qualifications:

Solid software development skills with Java EE software development (at least 3

years of experience)

Java 11, JPA, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST API

Familiarity with one or several of the following technical products and/or

frameworks:

Oracle, PostgreSQL,

Kafka

Docker, Kubernetes

AWS

Experience using test frameworks

Understanding of design patterns and an ability to apply them where is

necessary, Solid principles

Familiarity with software development processes using CI/CD tools

Ability to learn business logic

Agile Scrum/Kanban Experience

English knowledge B2
