Compensation Range

About This Job
The Middle Office Account Support Specialist is a primary point of contact supporting our Private Banking offerings within Commerce Trust. Essential Functions
Build and maintain relationships with Private Banking Team members ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing
Perform account support and maintenance which includes but not limited to credit and debit card maintenance, address updates, check orders, fee research and refunds, mobile/digital account review and transaction limits
Coordinate the loan collateralization process, account/portfolio assignment process, and various coordination activities with multiple internal bank support areas, such as Bank Operations and Loan Servicing
Cross train and assist various other functions within the Middle Office Team
Ensure appropriate controls are in place for processes and collaborating with the Private Banking Team
Work with other Middle Office team members by cross training to assist/backup during high volumes or absence. Driving process improvements, maintaining documentation, and assisting in other areas as needed.

Basic knowledge of the wealth management field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to execute

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand the ultimate goals of the bankers and to deliver support and resolutions that meets those goals
Ability to prioritize work to meet deadline and service Level Agreements

Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve problems and identify and drive process improvements
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience required
3+ years of experience in finance or banking industry preferred
