Key Responsibilities: + Provide instructional leadership to ensure high academic standards and student success. + Develop and implement school policies, procedures, and programs aligned with district and state regulations. + Foster a positive and inclusive school climate that supports the social, emotional, and academic needs of all students. + Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff, promoting professional development and growth. + Engage with students, parents, and the community to build strong relationships and partnerships. + Oversee the school’s budget, resource allocation, and operational management. + Ensure compliance with educational laws, policies, and safety procedures. + Lead initiatives for curriculum development, assessment, and instructional improvements.
