Summary of This Role

You'll be providing patch management, monitoring, troubleshooting, systems administration, and end user support, working in the frontlines to ensure that we’re providing high quality service. Hold and Maintain a proficiency in middleware technologies and industry best practices. Strong focus on maintenance of workstations patching, 3rd party updates and vulnerabilities remediation. 

What Part Will You Play?Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly scheduled tasks relating to MS Patching and 3rd party vulnerabilities remediation when required.Analyze patch requirements and assess impact on the environment, including application testing, research on how to remediate and compatibility.Prioritize patch deployments based on risk and severity of vulnerabilities.Maintain accurate records of patch levels for all devices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Monitor the effectiveness of patch management process and recommend improvements where necessary.Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot issue related to patch deployment.Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to patch management and system security.Improve existing procedures for managing patches across all infrastructure, including patch evaluation, severity ranking, risk analysis, prioritization, deployment, follow-up, and issue remediation.Review patching progress against the tenable scan reports.Verification of security vulnerabilities and patches as well as performing deep dive and impact analysis into failed patch deployments

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalentVulnerability and patch management experience.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to details and ability to work independently.Familiar with patch management tools, such as Bigfix, WSUS, SCCM, Workspace One and others.Understanding of system security principles and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skill.Willing to learn and adapt
