Job Summary:
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform all assigned tasks in a professional mannerPerform cleaning and maintenance of all floors to include tile, carpet, and brick flooringComplete work assignments in a timely mannerUtilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedureLeverage and maintain floor equipment as appropriate Observe safety precautions at all times, uses safety signs “wet floor”Ability to work without normal supervisionReports safety hazards when identifiedSafely drive a company vehicle Knowledge and Skill Requirements High School DiplomaMinimum of (1) year commercial related experienceStrong communication skillsMust be willing to work assigned hoursHave a Driver's license with a good to excellent driving record CompensationHarvard is offering a competitive salary structure including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
