• Conducting training sessions to relevant stakeholders
• Preparation of communication materials
• Evidences for Audit findings
• Communications (Business User queries and support)
• Effective communication with internal, external stakeholders and vendors
• Experience in Operations support, process and procedures roll out or maintenance
• Prepare reports, perform data analysis and periodically update the senior management
• Experience in Anti Financial Crime (AFC) or related domains
• Hands on SQL experience in validating and verifying variety of data sets.
