NOTE:\tThis is a Hybrid Role. You will spend most of your time in the field, but will require some time in office, and minimal work from home.

Responsibilities:

Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviorsDocument child progress and milestonesFollow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (will assist on assessments from time to time)Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and implement data related coaching/feedback Assist with creating materials and modifying client programs. Support in office need with Training new hires and conducting interviews.

Qualifications:

Passion for working with children with special needsStrong communication skillsHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageCompletion of 14+ units of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required.Experience with assessments preferred such as ABBLS, VB-MAPPS Etc Strong demand for Spanish Speaking Skills Preferred experience with mobile data platforms. *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status. NOTE: This position will start part time and transition to full time once training is completed.
