Position Overview: As a MidMarket Activation Manager, you will play an instrumental role in supporting our sales force by actively working on the road, meeting with customers and partners, and ensuring seamless communication to close deals. You’ll be the helping hand for our sales team, contributing to driving growth across the MidMarket segment, where there is an immense opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
On-the-Road: Travel to client locations and partners to support sales initiatives, visiting multiple customers a day to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in closing deals by gathering relevant information, ensuring effective communication between sales representatives and customers, and handling follow-up tasks.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing them with the support needed throughout the sales cycle.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with partners to strengthen relationships and support joint efforts in business development.
Deal Closure Assistance: Provide support to help sales representatives close deals, including creating presentations that effectively communicate our portfolio and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
Feedback Loop: Collect customer and partner feedback, ensuring insights are shared with the sales teams to refine strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Tailored Presentations: Create and deliver presentations that help customers understand their needs and provide them with customized solutions to ease their burden, ensuring the right products and services are offered to address their unique challenges.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer support, or business development, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and partners effectively.
Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Comfortable with frequent travel to meet customers, partners, and attend events.
Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for meeting goals and helping others succeed.
Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
Knowledge of our IT products and services.
