We’re looking for full-time LPNs and RNs who possess the necessary skills, compassion, and dedication to provide top-notch care to individuals at our 96-bed skilled nursing facility in Canton.
Responsibilities for LPNs involve evaluating residents, documenting their current health status and medical history, and ensuring accurate completion of Admission Data Records according to policy. Nurses should maintain ongoing assessments of residents’ conditions and respond appropriately.
Additional tasks include regular communication with physicians regarding resident needs and nursing assessments, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents’ overall well-being.
Duties for RNs include making nursing assignments based on competence and abilities of employees, assessing residents, collaborating with other nurses and health team members to ensure the resident’s well-being and demonstrating the ability to handle emergency situations in a prompt, precise and professional manner.
Other duties may include covering for peers during vacations and at other times of facility need, assisting residents or family members with concern and empathy, demonstrating sound judgment by taking appropriate actions regarding questionable findings or concerns and administering medication as ordered by a physician.

Our greatest area of need is currently for nurses working the overnight shift.
The starting salary for these positions ranges from $25.25 – 38.50 per hour, based on experience and certification, with RNs on the higher end of this scale. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is also currently offered.
