Midstream NGL Scheduler - Houston, TX

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Midstream NGL Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The Scheduler, NGL Non-Regulated, Midstream works in a fast-paced commercial environment, optimizing assets and contributing to maximizing general interest value. This individual will primarily focus on receipt operations in the DJ Basin and manage movements through the Front Range, White Cliffs, Powder River and Wattenberg pipelines with subsequent deliveries to connecting carriers and fractionators.  The role includes scheduling NGL products to meet commitments, managing inventories and supporting Midstream Non-Regulated Asset Commercial Operations.  Problem solving and teamwork are critical functions in support of the Midstream Asset and Commercial value chain.
 
Responsibilities May Include:

•    Coordinating with shippers, producers, and downstream carriers to ensure timely and accurate Y-Grade deliveries.
•    Planning, nominating, and scheduling the distribution of Y-Grade NGLs to designated pipeline systems and fractionators.
•    Monitoring daily receipts and deliveries and adjusting monthly nominations as production and/or fractionator volume requirements change.
•    Using third-party statements and current receipt and delivery data to provide Y-Grade and component inventory positions, as well as supply and demand balances, to commercial trading in support of market opportunities.
•    Proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues to protect Phillips 66's financial interests.
•    Determining and documenting monthly Y-Grade movements, transfers, and end-of-month closing inventories, and accurately entering both accrual and actual data into SAP.
•    Identifying and developing solutions for all logistical issues within the scope of the role.
•    Reconciling prior period adjustments, monthly inventory (physical to book), and exchange balances.
•    Working with the Business Development and Marketing groups to identify possible long-term solutions to logistical constraints and support a strategic growth area for Phillips 66.
•    Building strong internal and external relationships that distinguish Phillips 66 as an industry leader in integrity, professionalism, and scheduling excellence.

 
Required:
•    Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel
•    Able to work remotely via cellphone and/or laptop computer 24/7
•    Able to work extended and non-standard hours
 
Preferred:
•    Strong problem-solving, planning, influencing and organizational effectiveness
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
•    Experience with key systems including SAP and Estream
•    Ability to set, manage and meet multiple and competing priorities
•    Ability to adapt to changing work environment and make continuous improvements

Phillips 66's Midstream business is a safe, reliable and trusted logistics provider for the movement and storage of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals.
