A well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer of heat exchangers is seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator to join their busy fabrication unit. Key Responsibilities:Welding and fabricating mild steel pipes (3"-12" O/D, wall thickness 6-10mm).Minimal stainless-steel work, including shells (8"-16" O/D, 10s wall thickness).Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce high-quality work.Ensuring all finished welds are aesthetically pleasing for painting.Adhering to high safety standards while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.________________________________________
Essential Skills & Qualifications:Proven MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience.Pipe welding expertise, with coded welding experience preferred.Strong ability to interpret technical engineering drawings.Commitment to producing high-quality work.Experience with heat exchanger components is an advantage but not required.________________________________________
What's On Offer:Hourly Rate: £15/hour (dependent on experience).Hours: 39 hours per week.Monday-Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pmFriday: 7:30 am - 3:00 pmBreaks: 20-minute paid morning break and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.Opportunity to join a growing team and work on innovative projects in a supportive environment.________________________________________
