**Now hiring for Welders 1st and 2nd shift available!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. The primary responsibility of the Welder is to perform MIG welding, layout, tacking, fabrication, and building functions in the creation of various products in accordance with product specifications. The Welder will read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions to execute necessary tasks. Adherence to welding safety procedures and the use of provided personal protective equipment (PPE) are required. Blueprint reading is the most important skill, every product varies so this is key! **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding and fabrication according to product specifications. + Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other instructions. + Ensure adherence to welding safety procedures using provided PPE. + Participate in layout, tacking, and building functions during product manufacture. + Complete other duties as assigned. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
