MIG Welder (Open to TIG)

Job DescriptionPerforms set up and all position welding on a diversified line of standard and non-standard product according to print specifications. Materials may include cold rolled steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.Fit and position product weldments having several parts, using welding and welding fixtures and jigs where applicable.The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading and interpreting drawings and written instructionsA majority of the work is to fabricate industrial silencing units as well as occasional aerospace projectsResponsibilitiesWeld primarily on cold rolled steel and stainless steelPerform occasional welding on aluminumRead and interpret drawings and written instructionsFit and position weldmentsUtilize fixtures and jigs when neededWork Environment

You will work in a spacious environment equipped with welding and fabrication equipment, a few CNC machines, a paint booth, and an assembly area.

Shift1st Shift from 5:00am - 3:15pm Monday - Thursday,2nd Shift from 3:15pm - 1:15am Monday - ThursdayTIG openings on 2nd shift and Fri-SundayPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.25 - $27.75
