$20.00 per hour  1st shift Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral bonuses What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Previous MIG welding experience Must pass weld test Ability to read and understand blueprints, order specifications, layouts, etc. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Capacity to stoop, bend, twist, work in extreme hot and cold conditions, and stand and walk for the duration of the shift What You'll Do as a MIG Welder Follow specifications and blueprints to weld products according to customer specifications Fabricate products to order requests Troubleshoot and make adjustments for any issues Maintain all equipment and tools Ensure final products comply with company and quality standards Perform other duties as assigned
