1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts all available!
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. You will be responsible for fabricating a variety of sheet metal and structural steel products, including guards, chutes, covers, conveyors, tanks, frames, and flumes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with materials ranging from 14 gauge to 1/4” carbon steel and stainless steel, and possess strong blueprint reading skills.
ResponsibilitiesOperate MIG welding machine, regulate current and voltage for proper fusion of metals, and control pressures and flow of gas or other materials.Select appropriate materials and gauge of metal.Work from engineering drawings, layouts, sketches, samples, prototypes, or verbal instructions concerning general requirements.Use various hand power tools and hand tools to finish products.Grind out slag, burrs, and sharp edges using portable grinder or sander.Inspect and mark part numbers on finished parts.Operate forklift or overhead crane to move parts and materials.Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG welding.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience welding on materials from 14 gauge to 1/4” carbon steel and stainless steel.Skill in using various hand and power tools.Experience with fitting, grinding, and finishing metal products.Ability to operate a forklift or overhead crane.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
