The Opportunity:


CACI is seeking a Military Intelligence (MI) Systems Maintainer Integrator IV for a mission critical program in Springfield / Fort Belvoir, VA supporting our U.S. Army customer.  This position involves compiling and analyzing data to conduct Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis for MI systems with the goal of identifying trends and providing well substantiated recommendations for corrective actions/improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience with military intelligence systems, a firm understanding of the principles of data analytics, and the ability to communicate complicated data and trend analysis to senior decision makers.        

Responsibilities:

Perform data analysis to prepare briefings and documents pertaining to MI Systems reliability, availability, and maintainability.

Deliver briefings to senior government and program leaders. 

Responsible for the performance of technical support projects or tasks IAW contract requirements and appropriate policies, procedures, and guidelines. 

Direct and supervise all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. 

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all contract activities and serve as the principal representative in all matters pertaining to MI Systems RAM Analysis.  

Continually measure and analyze process/project progress. 

Responsible for personnel, finance, training, supply systems and support services necessary for specific tasks. 

Manage subcontractors and vendors providing services and materials on the contract. 

Support the installation, integration, configuration, employment, preventive maintenance, precision alignment, detailed and complicated diagnostics, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, electronics monitoring and teardown of complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and systems supporting SIGINT, FISINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, CI, TECHINT and OSINT. 

Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization and disposal of sensitive equipment Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems. 

Prepare maintenance forms and records.


Qualifications:

Required: 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in electronics, logistics or business management from an accredited college/university plus ten years of civilian equivalent or military training in MI Systems Maintenance and Integration or Associate Degree in electronics from an accredited college/university plus ten years of military training in MI Systems Maintenance and Integration. 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements: 

Experience on maintenance and integration on the following: 

​Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS).

Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance Surveillance System (EMARSS) mission equipment.

Tactical Command Data Link (TDCL).

GRCS Operational Ground Station (OGS) and Distributed Common Ground Station- Army (DCGS-A).

Software defined SIGINT collection platforms; biometrics collection, processing, exploitation and dissemination equipment, CI/HUMINT support systems, TROJAN systems or integration and maintenance of satellite communication terminals providing NSANet TENCAP systems and intelligence non-standard equipment.

Experience organizing and assessing data to make inferences and guide customer decisions.  

Ability to communicate knowledgeably and effectively at senior management levels. 

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and relational Database experience. 

US Citizenship, Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) indoctrination. Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
