Responsibilities Cedar Hills Hospital is looking for a Military Services Program Manager dedicated to serving our patients with a high quality of care! How you will make an impact: This position provides leadership for the Military Services Program, ensuring delivery of clinical programs that meet the needs of the community and the facility’s objectives. Duties include the development of curriculum and program Initiatives and oversight for military services operations offered at the facility; including clinical services, transportation coordination, intake and assessment, and utilization review. The Military Services Program Manager carry a caseload of patients enrolled in the Program, facilitates group therapy sessions, meets individually with patients for case management/individual therapy needs, participates in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings, documents services, support patients transitioning into and out of the program, and coordinates with outside providers. Qualifications Requirements: Master’s degree in social work, or related mental health field required. 1 year supervisory or lead experience in related field required. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills. License: Must be state certified in social work or clinical related mental health field. Strong knowledge of Joint Commission, HCFA, OSHA, and TCADA regulations, patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing behavioral health care facilities. Current CPR certification. Handle With Care and Service Excellence training must occur within 90 days of employment. May be required to work occasional evenings and weekends.
