Develop solid models using Solidworks software. Design fixturing and workholding to facilitate manufacturing. Read and interpret blueprints and create CNC programs with CAD/CAM software and determine sequence of operation to manufacture parts. Utilize inspection equipment to ensure the accuracy of their work.  Researching the latest technologies to recommend cost saving processes into the environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Education / Experience Requirements: + High school diploma or GED + 8-10 years of similar experience + Proficient with programming, design and manufacturing software + Mori Seiki Esprit Cam software experience highly desirable + Proficient at designing and implementing Work-holding and Fixturing for medium to high volume production + Effective verbal and written communication skills.
