The Mill Manager will lead the Grayling OSB facility located in Grayling, Michigan. As part of Weyerhaeuser Wood Products, this role reports to the Panels Manufacturing Director. The Mill Manager is responsible for safety,reliable manufacturing and on-time and in-full delivery of products to customers and ensures that business objectives are met for the site. Other responsibilities include fostering an innovative and engaged culture, leading in a high-performance work system, controlling product cost and inventory, and developing future leaders. This is a non-union facility with approximately 150 employees

Compensation:This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $139,200 to $208,800 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. This position is also eligible to receive $32,000 in restrictive stock units on an annual basis, as part of our Long-Term Incentive Plan.
