**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join a leading provider of precision stainless and specialty alloy tubing products. We serve diverse industries such as power generation, renewable energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, food and dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and general commercial. As a Machine Operator on our D Shift, you will play a crucial role in running the Mill machine, ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations. **Responsibilities** + Operate the Mill machine to bend metal into pipe form. + Change out the metal rolls every 2-12 hours. + Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical repairs, quality checks, and adjustments on machines. + Understand basic electrical systems (3-phase, 480 volt) to determine when major electrical repairs are needed. + Perform basic welding tasks (training provided) to connect metal strips. + Conduct basic preventative maintenance at the machine. **Essential Skills** + Experience in troubleshooting and running machinery (minimum 2 years). + Proficiency with calipers and micrometers. + Experience in preventive maintenance. + Ability to use hand tools and power tools. + Mechanical and electrical knowledge. + Welding and fabrication skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer a relaxed work environment where management is supportive and understanding of personal situations. Training will be conducted on 1st shift (Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am to 5:00 pm) for 3-6 months depending on proficiency. You will work in a non-union shop with approximately 100 employees across 4 shifts.
