**Job Title: Mill Operator** **Location: Temple TX** **Pay Range: $16.50 with possible raise after training is completed, depending on experience** **What’s the Job?** Safely operate one of two facility roll formers, producing quality metal roofing and wall panels to be sold to lumber yards and building centers Operate forklift for positioning coils and un-coiler operate overhead cranes to operate cranes to load coil stock, and rafted panel dies onto roll former Installs panel dies during tooling change, and adjusts to panel specs Enters production quantities for each individual order into computer system Operate roll former to produce metal roofing & siding panels Checks produced panels against specs periodically to insure panel correct width Visually inspects panels for defects, dents and scratches Assist other departments in the warehouse when required Shift is 2:30 pm-11pm Will train on 1st shift 6am-2:30 pm **What’s Needed?** MUST HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF METAL SIDING AND ROOFING MATERIALS MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE FORKLIFT MUST HAVE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED **What’s in it for me?** Ability to get pay raise if training is completed.
